Plum coupling in pulverized coal machine industry:
Plum coupling is a kind of elastic coupling, widely used in pulverized coal machine transmission, large amount, simple and cheap to use, widely loved by customers. Plum-shaped elastic coupling: The working principle is to install a whole plum-shaped elastic ring between the convex claws of two half couplings with the same shape to realize the connection of two half couplings. The main materials are cast steel and 45# steel two kinds of materials; The connection forms are keyway connection, tightening screw connection, clamping connection, or a combination of two forms of connection. Axial insertion mounting. If the radial installation is required, it can be made into a flange type through the extrusion between the convex claw and the elastic ring to transfer power, and through the elastic deformation of the elastic ring to compensate the relative deviation of the two axes to achieve vibration damping buffer. With keyway type, clamping type, lengthening type, flange type and many other types to choose from.
The coupling of pulverized coal mill is a flexible coupling with different structure and performance through the elastic deformation of metal elements to compensate the relative deviation of two axes and vibration reduction and buffering functions.

Detection of serpentine spring coupling:
Serpentine spring coupling oil point temperature ≥150℃, can resist centrifugal force, with separation stability, no impurities, do not corrode carbon steel and nitrile rubber lithium grease is better. Adequate grease is important for the operation of snake-spring couplings, and it is recommended to check once a year. Use a dry gun to inject grease until excess grease overflows in the hole.
Serpentine spring coupling because the spring plate is in point contact with the tooth arc, so that the coupling can obtain greater flexibility. It can be installed in the case of radial, angular and axial deviations at the same time.

During installation, the following methods are mainly followed:

(1) The gap between the two valve couplings and the alignment of the angular deviation, installation, every 90 degrees to measure the gap between the two valve Linse snaking spring coupling, the difference between the large value and the small value does not exceed 0.38mm.

(2) Alignment of radial deviation. Place it on the two-disc coupling with a straightedge, measure it every 90°, check it with a ruler, and its radial deviation does not exceed 0.38mm.
