Classification of taper sleeves:
Taper sleeves are mainly divided into TB taper sleeves and QD taper sleeves. The hole where the taper sleeve matches the pulley is half-sided, and the two light holes on the taper sleeve and the two threaded holes on the pulley respectively form a complete A threaded hole on the taper sleeve and a light hole on the pulley form a complete hole. When assembling, put two screws in the two threaded holes of the pulley. As the screws are continuously tightened in the threaded holes on the pulley, the thread action will push the screws to the small end of the tapered hole on the pulley, and the tapered sleeve will The two light holes of the screw are not completely machined through, so that when the head of the screw touches the bottom of the light hole, the force is transmitted to the taper sleeve, and the taper sleeve moves to the small end of the pulley taper hole relative to the pulley. At this time, because of the taper, the taper sleeve will continue to wrap the shaft tightly, and the shaft will react on the taper sleeve, and then act on the pulley. In this way, the pulley, taper sleeve and shaft are tightly assembled together.
Removal of the taper sleeve:
On the contrary, when disassembling, put the screw withdrawn from the threaded hole of the pulley into the threaded hole on the taper sleeve. During the process of continuous tightening, the screw also moves toward the small end of the tapered hole of the pulley. When the bottom of the pulley light hole is at the bottom, the force is transmitted to the pulley. At this time, the pulley moves toward the small end of the tapered hole of the pulley relative to the taper sleeve.
