Application of YLD type flange coupling:
YLD flanged coupling is used in the connection of two shafts can be the same rotation, the coupling transmission is a kind of mechanical transmission of torque and movement, has a wide range of applications in various areas of mechanical economy. It is impossible for the connected two axes to be aligned, and the misalignment is caused by manufacturing errors, installation errors, deformation after loading and temperature changes of the machine. Therefore, the flange coupling is required not only to be able to transfer torque and movement, but also to absorb the axial, angular and radial deviations generated during the two-axis installation process, so that the equipment can operate normally.

There are many forms of YLD flanged coupling, for the coupling transmission parts can be divided into three categories according to the different functions and principles: ordinary coupling, safety coupling, special coupling. Safety coupling is to increase the safety mechanism on the basis of the ordinary coupling, once the torque overload, can make the transmission interrupt or limit the transmission of torque, so as to protect the important parts of the machine from damage. Special couplings are couplings connected by a non-mechanical means, such as hydraulic, pneumatic or magnetic transmission couplings.
