1. Before installing the high-speed diaphragm coupling, clean the parts first. After cleaning, the oil on the parts should be wiped dry. 2. During installation, the two halves of high-speed diaphragm couplings are generally installed on the two shafts to be connected respectively, and then the main machine is aligned, and then the shaft is moved, adjusted, and connected, and the main machine is used as a reference to rotate to the main machine Shaft alignment. It is judged by measuring the changes of the radial and axial relative positions of the two halves of the high-speed diaphragm coupling during simultaneous rotation.

3. In order to give full play to the performance of the high-speed diaphragm coupling, please install it within the range that does not allow eccentricity. The error of installation is the larger value when it occurs independently, so please consider the allowable amount when it occurs in half the following.

4. When aligning, please stick the wisdom tooth on the outer periphery of the body, and check with two points about 90° apart. The service life of the components is greatly influenced by the centering accuracy.

5. After installing the high-speed diaphragm coupling, be sure to add a cover. Otherwise, touching the product during operation could result in injury.

6. The installation error of the high-speed diaphragm coupling should be strictly controlled, and it is usually required that the installation error should not be greater than 1/2 of the allowable compensation amount

7. Pay attention to check the alignment of the connected two shafts after operation, and the relative displacement should not be greater than the allowable compensation amount. Reducing the relative displacement as much as possible can prolong the service life of the connected machinery or high-speed diaphragm coupling as much as possible.

8. For high-speed diaphragm couplings with lubrication requirements, such as gear-type high-speed diaphragm couplings, etc., the oil quantity, quality and sealing condition of the lubricating oil should be checked regularly, and should be supplemented or replaced when necessary.

9. For high-speed diaphragm couplings on high-speed rotating machinery, they generally have to undergo a balance test and be assembled according to the marks. There are strict restrictions on the weight difference between the connecting bolts, and they cannot be replaced arbitrarily.

10. During installation, due to improper combination method, excessive vibration, abnormal or inaccurate operation, and excessive deflection angle, it will cause damage to several parts such as the motor and high-speed diaphragm coupling. Therefore, it is recommended that you pay attention to the balance of precision in mechanical assembly. Corrective actions to increase the life of the machine.
