1. Whether the refueling hole is blocked
If the grease nozzle is smashed into the hexagonal deformation or the grease nozzle is rusty, which will lead to the oil circuit failure, the grease nozzle should be replaced in time. During the replacement process, keep the interface area clean to avoid mechanical impurities, dust, and sand.
2, the butter gun intake pressure is insufficient
The high pressure oiler is an oiling equipment powered by compressed air, which makes the oil produce high pressure with the help of the pump, and uses high pressure to fill the oil. Before use, pay attention to start the air compressor and prepare 0.6-0.8 mpa of compressed air. When connecting, do a good job of cleaning the connecting parts and tighten the nuts with a wrench to avoid oil leakage.
3, adding grease is not suitable
The working principle of grease is that the thickener keeps the oil in the position where it needs to be lubricated, and when there is a load, the thickener releases the oil, thus playing a lubricating role. If the equipment is located in the environment of winter and summer and the temperature difference is large, pay attention to the timely replacement of seasonal grease. The universal shaft assembly generally uses 3# general lithium grease, which is applied to different mechanical equipment in the working temperature range of -20℃-120℃, and has good water-resistant mechanical safety, rust prevention and oxidation stability.
4, the operator's misjudgment
Generally, the oil transmission amount of the common pneumatic high pressure oiling machine is about 0.85L/min, and the bearing cavity is filled with oil equivalent to about 6.85s, while taking into account the pre-injection of the factory, the retention of daily oil and other situations, the actual oil injection time is about 3-5s. Therefore, the time of adding grease should be determined according to the specific use.
