Heating is one of the important processes of heat treatment. There are many heating methods for metal heat treatment, as early as the selection of charcoal and coal as a heat source, and then the use of liquid and gas fuel, the use of electricity to make heating easy to control, and no environmental pollution, the use of these heat sources can be directly heated, but also through molten salt or metal, causing floating particles to be directly heated. The heating temperature is one of the important parameters of the heat treatment process, and the selection and control of the heating temperature is a problem to ensure the quality of the heat treatment. The heating temperature varies with the metal data to be treated and the intention of the heat treatment, but it is generally heated above the phase change temperature to obtain high temperature tissue.

Other changes require a certain amount of time, so when the surface of the metal workpiece reaches the required heating temperature, it must also adhere to a certain time at this temperature, so that the temperature inside and outside together, so that the microstructure is completely changed, this period of time is called the holding time. When high energy density heating and surface heat treatment are selected, the heating speed is extremely fast, and there is generally no holding time, and the holding time of chemical heat treatment is often longer. Pin coupling is a kind of elastic coupling, which relies on the back pin wearing elastic rubber ring to transmit torque by elastomer. The quality of elastomer data has a great influence on the transmission torque of coupling and the service life of coupling. General elastomer information is divided into polyurethane and deer and black rubber three kinds, the more widely used information is polyurethane, the color is pure yellow. Considering the low cost, the benefit of resisting temperature is widely liked by customers. The black rubber material is used in the case of low speed, large torque, and low temperature resistance to the use of this elastomer is more suitable.
