It relies on the snake spring embedded in the tooth groove of two half couplings to transfer torque, coupling with the snake spring embedded in the tooth groove of two half couplings, to achieve the drive shaft and driven shaft link.

During the operation of the snake spring coupling, it is necessary to rely on the tooth surface of the active end and the axial force on the snake spring to drive the driven end and transfer the torque. In this way, the occurrence of resonance is avoided to a large extent. Moreover, the elastic variable generated by the spring during the transfer of torque enables the mechanical system to obtain a good vibration reduction effect, with an average vibration reduction rate of more than 36%.
