Common failure and maintenance of tire coupling

Tire coupling tire body is one of the necessary spare parts for tire coupling, which is divided into UL, LA, LB tire body accordingly. The tire coupling is divided into two categories: convex type and concave type, and the convex type is divided into three types: skeleton integral type, boneless integral type and radial incision type. The inside of the tire ring is bonded to the steel skeleton by vulcanization method, and the bolt holes on the skeleton are welded with nuts.

Common faults:

1, due to low installation accuracy, loose anchor bolts, frame deformation, poor lubrication and other gear coupling gear abnormal wear, resulting in gear coupling transmission vibration and transmission noise increase, affecting the normal work of the mechanism.

2, because the coupling bolt and connecting key are loose or because the elastic pin and hole are squeezed, the mechanism starts to jump, and even cut off the bolt, resulting in mechanical failure.

3, poor material or overload causes cracks in the coupling.

4. The coupling with lubrication device spills oil or the lubricating oil deteriorates due to oil seal damage.


Breakdown repair:

The bolt hole of the coupling should be scrapped if it is badly worn and cannot be repaired. If the flat keyway is worn, a new keyway can be reopened at the position where the original keyway on the shaft is turned 90° or 180°, or a pad of no more than 15% of the key thickness can be added to the key. Do not repair the keyway welding, lifting mechanism keyway is not allowed to repair; Elastic pin coupling rubber ring or leather pad should be replaced when damaged, pin and hole are squeezed, the half body can be rotated at an Angle to re-drill, replace the standard new pin, do not expand the original hole with a new pin; Any part of the coupling has cracks or broken teeth should be scrapped; Gear coupling tooth thickness wear shall not exceed 15%-20%, the coupling of lifting mechanism and non-balanced amplitude changing mechanism is 15%, and other mechanisms are 20%; Oil seal damaged or oil deterioration should be replaced.
