Universal coupling

Universal coupling uses its structural characteristics, so that the two axes do not have the same center line, there is a center line intersection Angle, such a thing will keep the connected two axes continue to rotate, and reliably transmit the rotation and fitness movement.

The biggest characteristic of the universal coupling is that its structure has a large angular compensation working capacity, compact structure, and high efficiency of the transmission system. The intersection Angle of the two center lines of the universal coupling is not the same, generally in the middle of 5°-45°.



Cross slide coupling

The cross slide coupling, also known as the slide coupling, consists of two half couplings with concave grooves on the end surface and a middle disc with convex teeth on both sides. Because the convex teeth can be dragged in the concave groove, it can compensate for the relative deviation of the two helical gears during installation and operation.

This kind of coupling is generally used for speed ratio n>250r/min, the bending stiffness of the shaft is very large, and there is no strong impact.

The cross slide coupling is inseparably composed of polyurethane plastic as elastic element and the two-half coupling behavior body. The behavior body is mainly composed of 45# steel and stainless steel plate body. It has the advantages of uniform material, blackening of the surface and rust prevention, good temperature and ductility of the wear-resisting property regulator, stable quality and durability.

Transmission gear coupling

The transmission gear coupling is a movable stiffness coupling composed of an outer sleeve specification containing a tooth profile, a convex table and an inner sleeve specification containing an outer tooth. It is a common mechanical part of the reducer used to transmit the torque, and is composed of two parts, the drive shaft and the driven shaft. The general engine mostly depends on its connection with the working machine.

The transmission gear coupling has the characteristics of large bearing capacity, large angular offset, long service life, etc. It is commonly found in low-speed and light-load shafting transmission system, and the gear coupling after rotor dynamic balance can be used in high-speed transmission system, such as the shafting transmission system of the gas turbine. Its defects are: manufacturing complex; Must be polished.

Diaphragm coupling

The diaphragm coupling consists of two sets of pulse dampers (stainless steel plate metal sheet) which are overlapped with the ground bolt and connected with the two cut couplings. A set of pulse dampers is composed of several pieces. The pulse dampers are divided into connecting rod type and a whole piece type which is different in appearance. Diaphragm couplings can compensate for radial, axial and angular dislocations caused by manufacturing deviations, installation deviations, load-bearing deformation and temperature changes in the active and slave engine.

Diaphragm coupling compensates for the relative deviation of the two axes by the extensibility deformation of the pulse damper. It is a flexible coupling with strong metal materials, no need to lubrize oil, compact structure, high compressive strength, long service life, no rotation gap, will not be affected by temperature and oil damage, and has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for shafting drive system with high temperature, high speed and natural environment with etched material working condition.

Elastic coupling

The elastic coupling is a metal material polyurethane elastomer formed in one body, generally made of metal material stainless steel rod line cut, common materials are aluminum alloy profiles, stainless steel plates, rubber products, suitable for a variety of errors and accurate transmission torque.

Elastic couplings use parallel or helical slotting system software to incorporate a wide range of errors and precise transfer torque. Elastic coupling generally has excellent characteristics and price advantages, in many stepper motor, servo control system specific application, elastic coupling is the preferred commodity. The one-piece design concept allows the elastic coupling to maintain the advantages of zero gap transmission torque and no maintenance. Elastic coupling key has spiral groove type and parallel surface groove type 2 basic series products.
