Production and manufacturing quality inspection standards of drum gear coupling:
After the completion of the production of the drum gear coupling, we will carry out quality management on the coupling transmission parts. First of all, we will convene the production department, quality inspection department, production workshop, team leader and inspector for a unified technical process meeting before each coupling is put into production. At the meeting, the technology department needs to explain the requirements, precautions and key points of operation of key processes, and answer the questions raised by the participants one by one. What are the process checks? Every level of management and operation of workers, should be in accordance with the standards of production. This ensures the quality of the workmanship. The technical department needs to conduct regular spot check on the drum gear coupling produced in each workshop, once a week, and spot check on the implementation of the workshop production process and original records every month, so that problems can be found early and solved in time. The supervisor of the technical department or the technologist shall tour and inspect the implementation of the process in the workshop once a day, and timely correct the problems and propose corrective measures. It is also necessary to assess the implementation of the process in the workshop every month, and inform the director of the assessment results. The technical department also needs to conduct internal inspection and assessment on every employee, and the problems found need to be dealt with in accordance with regulations.
