Introduction:

Several expressions for coupling:

◆ Rated torque: refers to the coupling can continuously transmit torque capacity. The variable load factor is taken into account during operation, so there is no need to adjust the rated torque. Please choose a coupling with a torque rating higher than the continuous operating load torque.

◆ Maximum torque: refers to the maximum torque that can be conveyed by the coupling instantaneously, also known as the peak torque, in principle is 2 times of the rated torque.

◆ Maximum number of turns: refers to the coupling can use the highest number of turns, high-speed rotation, please pay attention to the vibration caused by the imbalance.

Inertia moment: refers to the degree of rotation of the coupling, the smaller the inertia moment, the smaller the load torque when starting and stopping.

◆ Static torsional rigidity: refers to the coupling for torsional rigidity, static torsional rigidity, the greater the product response is higher.

◆ Gap value: refers to the clearance of the coupling in the direction of rotation. If used for high-precision positioning device, please choose the coupling with zero back gap value.

◆ Electrical insulation: refers to the electrical insulation between the two shaft sleeves of the coupling, G4T, G4C, G6T, G6C series coupling between the two shaft sleeves using special materials, so the electrical insulation is excellent.

Applicable temperature: refers to the coupling can be used in the temperature range.

◆ Deviation adjustment: refers to the position accuracy error of the axis, which can be divided into three kinds: eccentric, deflection Angle and axial deviation.

◆ Eccentric reaction force: refers to the coupling due to the assembly of eccentric error of the force, the smaller the eccentric reaction force, the smaller the bearing force.

◆ Axial reaction force: refers to the coupling caused by axial compression of the force, the smaller the axial reaction force, the smaller the bearing force.

◆ Natural frequency: resonance number of coupling.
